Before a customised report will be developed, two questions must be answered:
- Question 1: Can We Discriminate Between Top and Bottom Performers?
- Question 2: Can We Identify People Who Will Perform Poorly?
A typical process:
Results often show that 100% of the bottom group chosen by the organisation match the failure model. This indicates that when a person receives a report with Conditional or Real Risk indicated overall, they will find it difficult to perform adequately in this environment.
